Si parte al mattino in direzione Alamo Square per vedere le casette vittoriane
per poi attraversare con our Impala Golden Gate in the fog.
We are ready to face our first 300 km on the road in the direction of American Yosemite, arriving from the south to Oakhurst first to see the Sequoias of Mariposa Groove.
We notice immediately the presence of numerous squirrels that seem to become accustomed to tourists, even if they are not the only animals that meet in this incredible journey.
and then back toward the north of the park visiting various view points on the road up to Glacier all'onomino view point where we can admire the Vernal Falls, Half Dome and El Capitan all the other mountains only volumes turning your head.
Hwy41 to ride on the Tunnel Wiew Wavona Rd where there is another vantage point to see the valley, then we head to reach the El Portal Cedar Lodge where we spend the night here and go through some places where there had been a few days before the fire.
August 9
We start early today is expected to cross along the Tioga Road to Yosemite then stop at Bodie Ghost Town. We
several stops on this beautiful road, the first is a panoramic Olmstead Point,
from here a short path leads to Tenaya Lake.
After the lake we arrive at the Visitor Center in Tuolumne Meadows, and proceed to Bodie Ghost Town where we visit this very characteristic.
Towards evening we arrived in Lone Pine at the border town of Death Valley and go to bed early tomorrow, we expect the alarm very early.
